Home turf, new construction
So much of Orlando is new or newly expanding — Lake Nona, Laureate Park, Baldwin Park, the ring of communities out toward Winter Garden — that a great deal of our work starts before the boxes are even unpacked: taking a builder-grade closet, pantry, or garage and engineering it into a system worthy of the house. In Winter Park and College Park, the homes are older and the ask leans toward reworking tight closets and adding the built-in home offices that suburban professionals now depend on.
Growing families drive the mix. The demand here skews toward home offices that disappear at six o'clock, garages that give the cars their spots back, and closets that keep a busy household ahead of the morning. As the local team, we're close enough to measure this week and install the next.

Most of Orlando's newer communities — Lake Nona and Laureate Park especially — carry active HOAs, and while those rarely govern interior storage, they do shape delivery logistics: loading-dock rules, gate registration, and quiet hours that a first-time installer can trip over. As the local team, we already have the standing relationships with the property managers of the communities we work in most, so an Orlando install doesn't stall on a guard-gate call that should have taken five minutes.
